1. Digital Service Delivery Overview
Virasat provides digital self-guided estate planning software and downloadable PDF Will documents. Once a user enters their information, reviews their summary, and initiates document generation, the proprietary legal document formatting is generated instantly and made available for download in the user's account.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Prior to Document Generation: If you purchase the ₹999 plan and decide not to proceed before generating the finalized Will document, you may request a 100% full refund within 7 days of the payment date.
- Technical or Generation Failures: In the unlikely event that a technical defect or server error on our platform prevents your document from being generated or downloaded, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, you will receive a complete 100% refund.
- Duplicate Payments: If you are charged multiple times for a single Will creation order due to gateway connection timeouts, the duplicate amount will be refunded automatically or upon notification within 3-5 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Because Virasat delivers instantaneous access to proprietary digital legal templates upon generation:
- Refunds cannot be issued once the finalized customized Will document has been generated and downloaded to your device, unless there was an unrectifiable platform defect.
- Refunds cannot be provided due to subsequent changes in your personal mind, family disagreements, or changes in personal marital/financial circumstances after delivery.
